Privacy statement

Last updated: 17 July 2026

This statement covers the data you leave on this website (rallyspot.nl) — for example when you request a demo or claim a club profile. For that data Rallyspot is the data controller. If you use the Rallyspot platform as a player or club member, your club is the controller; that information is in your club’s privacy statement inside the app.

Who is responsible?

Rallyspot is a service of DaiVinChé B.V., Signaal 34, 1446 XA Purmerend (Netherlands), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98064525 (VAT NL868344370B01). Questions about your privacy or this statement can be sent to privacy@daivinche.nl.

What data do we collect on this site, and why?

Only the data you enter yourself in the demo or claim form: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, club name, number of courts, sport(s), website, role, KvK number and your message. We use it to contact you about your request, set up a demo environment together, and — if you register a new club — to verify the club against the Dutch business register.

On what legal basis?

On the basis of taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you submit to us yourself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You are under no obligation; if you leave no details we simply cannot get in touch.

Who receives your data?

We do not sell your data and do not use it for purposes other than those described above.

  • Supabase (database and storage) — servers in the EU (Ireland region).
  • Vercel (hosting of this website) — United States; transfer under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Vercel receives, among other things, your IP address in server logs.
  • KvK (api.kvk.nl) — only when you register a new club, for business verification; Netherlands (EEA).

Transfers outside the EEA

Our hosting provider Vercel also processes data (including IP addresses in logs) in the United States. That transfer takes place under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The lead data itself is stored with Supabase within the EU.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your enquiry no longer than needed to follow it up: at most 24 months after our last contact, after which the lead is purged — unless you become a customer in the meantime, in which case retention falls under the customer relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. To exercise these, email privacy@daivinche.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
